Scope: full clean-out of the 850 sq ft crawlspace with debris and the existing old ground cover hauled off; install a brand-new white 10 mil vapor barrier across the crawlspace floor, lapped and sealed at the seams and at the perimeter (floor coverage only); seal the crawlspace foundation vents from the inside; supply and install an AprilAire E070 dehumidifier with its companion condensate pump, draining through the wall to grade on the outside of the house; install a GFCI 15 amp breaker and the dedicated outlet that powers the dehumidifier.

Notes: the crawlspace is open to ground moisture, and first-floor humidity is being drawn up out of it. No standing water, active leaks, or downspout issues were found, and no mold or mildew treatment is needed. The work area is left clean and all debris is hauled off at the end of each day.

Warranty: 12 months workmanship on the work performed; 5 years on the dehumidifier installation, which also carries the manufacturer's warranty.

Not included: insulation (none is present and none is being installed); vapor barrier on the walls (floor coverage only); crawlspace door (the existing door stays as-is); sump pump and drainage work; mold or mildew treatment; structural or framing repair; anything not listed in the scope above.
